Sometimes I hear people complain of how expensive it is to have good internet connection especially when it has to do with connecting multiple systems to the internet either at home or in the office.
I use to have similar thought and could only afford to put my D600 lappii online using an affordable broadband modem from one of the reliable ISPs in the country.
Later I realized that there are cheaper and faster way of staying online and still sharing your internet connection with friends at home or in a small office.
Many gurus might be really familiar with this approach, but I know most people are still spending a lot or limiting themselves with internet connection because they don’t know how to get things work and paying cheaper.
Here is the solution;
Using the same modem and subscription plan that gives you moderate internet connection on one laptop, you can distribute the connection to about four (4) other computers using wireless network and internet sharing.
When you have successfully connected about 4 computers to your network, you will experience slower internet connection on both the host lappi and the client computers. To boost the internet connect to a speed faster that the original speed of the host laptop before the connection was shared, you need to install a network speed booster like the free one from http://www.brothersoft.com/internet-speed-up-lite-44582.html on all the connected computers.
There are couple of other network speed boosters online, many are commercial versions, some shareware while few are FREE functional versions.
With this, you will not have to consider upgrading your internet subscription or buying extra modems for other computers at home or in the office.
